GENERAL POLICIES AND TERMS

The e-commerce website https://fti.fpt.vn/  is owned, managed, and operated by FPT International Telecom One Member Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as “FPT”) to provide introductory information about products and services offered by FPT. The terms and conditions in these General Policies and Terms constitute a legal agreement between FPT and individuals or organizations accessing and using the website https://fti.fpt.vn/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).

I. PRINCIPLES OF USE

1. Acceptance of Terms

Customers may access and use services on the website https://fti.fpt.vn/ via any means (computer, phone, television, or other Internet-connected devices). By accessing the website, the Customer agrees to the terms published on this site.

To ensure legal compliance, terms may be adjusted or updated at any time. FPT is responsible for clearly disclosing revised or supplemented content on the website or official information channels.

2. Nature of Displayed Information

Content on the website https://fti.fpt.vn/ is intended to provide information about FPT’s products and services. Other related information for customer research purposes will clearly state its source.

III. WARRANTY AND MAINTENANCE POLICY

FPT commits to resolving service issues for customers throughout the duration of use. Regarding equipment (if any), FPT will provide a warranty according to the standards of the supplier/manufacturer.

V. PROHIBITED ACTIONS WHEN USING THE WEBSITE

When using the website, Customers are prohibited from:

  1. Exploiting the site to collect information from other Customers.
  2. Naming accounts after celebrities, leaders of the Party and State, criminals, or reactionary/terrorist organizations.
  3. Strictly prohibited from promoting any products in any form, including but not limited to sending or transmitting any advertising messages, solicitations, chain letters, or investment opportunities.
  4. Illegally interfering with, disrupting, or damaging the server system; obstructing access to information and the lawful use of legitimate websites.
  5. Unauthorized use of passwords, encryption keys of organizations or individuals, private information, personal data, and Internet resources.
  6. Directly or indirectly using any device, software, website, or other means to remove, alter, bypass, evade, interfere with, or damage any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices marked on the Content (such as logos), or any data control systems, devices, content protection measures, or geographical access restriction mechanisms.
  7. Directly or indirectly using any device, software, website, or other means to copy, download, capture, reproduce, duplicate, store, distribute, upload, publish, modify, translate, broadcast, display, sell, transmit, or retransmit the Content.
  8. Creating, reproducing, distributing, or advertising any part of the Content without FPT’s consent. The Customer shall not establish any business model utilizing the Content, whether for profit or not-for-profit purposes. The Content available at https://fti.fpt.vn/ includes, without limitation, any text, graphics, images, layouts, interfaces, icons, audio and video materials, and still images. Furthermore, the creation of derivative works or materials derived from or based on any Content is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to film editing, similar videos, wallpapers, computer themes, greeting cards, and merchandise.
  9. Impersonating any organization or individual and disseminating false or misleading information on https://fti.fpt.vn/ that infringes upon the lawful rights and interests of any organization or individual.
  10. Creating unauthorized links to lawful domain names of organizations or individuals; creating, installing, or distributing malicious software or computer viruses; illegally accessing or taking control of information systems; or developing tools for Internet-based attacks.
  11. Absolutely refraining from using any program, tool, or other method to interfere with the system.
  12. Not engaging in any act of unauthorized access or attempted unauthorized access to, or causing damage to, FPT’s server system.

The Customer shall bear full responsibility before FPT and in accordance with applicable laws for committing any of the above acts.

VI. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER

  1. Rights of the Customer:
  • The right to have account information and Customer information kept confidential in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on this website.
  • The right to request the Administrator to carry out verification measures to resolve disputes arising during the exploitation and use of information and utilities.
  1. Obligations of the Customer:
  • To comply with these General Policies and Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
  • To be responsible for the content of information stored, provided, or transmitted by the Customer on social networks, including the dissemination of information via direct links established by the Customer.
  • The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account information. If such information is disclosed in any form not due to FPT’s fault, the Customer shall accept all associated risks. FPT shall rely on the information available in the account as the basis for determining account ownership in the event of a dispute and shall not be liable for any resulting losses.
  • The Customer agrees to immediately notify FPT of any unauthorized use of their account and password or any breach of security. The Customer bears full responsibility for safeguarding their username and password. For security reasons and to prevent unauthorized access, the Customer must properly log out of the website at the end of each session. In all cases, FPT shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from and/or affecting the Customer and/or any third party as a result of unauthorized access to and/or use of the website.

  • The Customer may be subject to administrative sanctions or criminal liability if the Customer infringes copyright or related rights when using the FPT ONCALL website.
  • To strictly comply with the prohibited acts and content exchange regulations set out in these Policies and General Terms and Conditions.
  • To exercise other rights and perform other obligations in accordance with applicable laws.

VII. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF FPT

  1. Rights of FPT:
  • To provide Customer information upon request of competent state authorities
  • To apply sanctions in accordance with the agreed term.
  1. Obligations of FPT:
  • To ensure the confidentiality of the Customer’s private and personal information and to inform the Customer of their rights, obligations, and potential risks when storing, exchanging, and sharing information online.
  • To ensure the Customer’s right to decide, in accordance with applicable laws, when permitting their personal information to be provided to other organizations, enterprises, or individuals.
  • To receive and resolve Customer complaints arising during the use of the website in accordance with the complaint handling procedures published on this website. For clarity, FPT shall only support, receive, and resolve complaints relating to accounts registered with complete, truthful, and accurate information.

VIII. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In the event of risks or damages arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to electrical failures, hardware or software damage, Internet transmission failures, natural disasters, or other events beyond reasonable control, the Customer shall accept any resulting risks or damages. FPT undertakes to use reasonable efforts to minimize such risks and damages. Neither Party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to a force majeure event; however, FPT shall not bear any liability arising from such force majeure events.

IX. INDEMNIFICATION

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FPT, its affiliated entities, and their respective directors, representatives, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, actions, suits, or proceedings, as well as any and all losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to the Customer’s violation of these Policies and General Terms and Conditions.

X. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. FPT’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision, and such rights and provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  2. The provisions of these General Policies and Terms are independent and severable. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect without being affected by the invalid or unenforceable provision.
  3. These General Policies and Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to the implementation or interpretation hereof, the Parties agree to resolve such dispute through negotiation in a spirit of cooperation, prudence, and mutual trust. If no amicable settlement is reached, either the Customer or FPT shall have the right to refer the dispute to a competent Court in accordance with applicable laws.
  4. These General Policies and Terms were last updated on February 2, 2026.
  5. These General Policies and Terms shall be binding upon the Customer from the time the Customer agrees to register an account.
